1. Definitions
Crossing Europe is a service proposed by Invest’Hissons srl, a duly registered company in Belgium, Bd de la Sauvenière 153/53 at 4000 Liège, under nr BE0839.702.670. It offers travel planning services to both businesses and individuals. By travel planning services is meant travel consulting and planning services. Crossing Europe is neither tour operator nor travel agency. Based on information provided by the customers, we advise them on their travel or event plans in Europe. Our services consist of advice on a travel itinerary, means of transport and suitable accommodation, but also, according to the customer’s needs, advice in terms of visits and excursions or even restaurants and bars.
2. Price of our services
We inform our customers of our rates before performing our services. Prices vary according to the number of participants, the number of days and the number of related activities to be planned. Thereby:
- To plan a citytrip we propose a 2-day pass for 1 to 5 participants at a price of €150. The pass includes the full planning of the citytrip: advice on destination in Europe, means of transport, accomodation, visits and places to eat and drink. Price for additional participants is €50 per person. Price for additional days to plan is €50 per day.
- To plan a road trip we propose a 1-week Basic pass for 1 to 5 participants at a price of €250. The Basic pass includes advice on destination in Europe, means of transport, steps and accomodations. Price for additional weeks to plan is €250 per week.
- We also propose to fully plan a road trip. The price for a 1-week Full pass for 1 to 5 participants costs €400 and includes advice on destination in Europe, means of transport, steps, accomodations, visits and places to eat and drink. Price for additional weeks to fully plan is €400 per week.
- To plan a teambuilding we propose a 1-day pass for 1 to 10 participants at a price of €250. The pass includes the full planning of the teambuilding: advice on destination in Europe, means of transport, accomodation, visits and places to eat and drink. Price for additional participants is €25 per person. Price for additional days to plan is €100 per day.
3. Rules
We operate in 5 steps:
- Step 1: you specify your travel wishes, the number of participants, the place you are thinking of, the number of days to plan and your specificities (health, language, age, etc.) and your tastes. The more specific you are, the more your project will suit you.
- Step 2: you make payment for the amount of our services
- Step 3: you receive by mail our travel or event planning. We await your return for a possible small adjustment (a supplement could be requested in the event of significant modifications to the proposed schedule).
- Step 4: you receive by email all the booking links. We advise you to be quick to book your means of transport, accommodations and activities, so as to take advantage of prices and conditions. You inform us as soon as you have made them.
- Step 5: you receive a summary of your trip or event with all the detailed information.
4. Payment conditions
Due to the specificity of our activity, all our services and invoices are payable in advance. For any dispute, only the Court of Liège and the Belgian law are competent.
